We are looking candidate for Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition at our HO.
Job Location : Charkop ( Kandivali)
Experience : 7+ years
CTC : Upto 12 Lacs Per Annum
Job Responsibility :
1. Excellent understanding of Pharma recruitments.
2. Hands on experience of sourcing thorough Job portals, LinkedIn and other social sites.
3. Use different recruitment techniques to attract candidates like social media, job boards, paid advertising, attend networking events and career fairs.
4. Conduct background checks and references.
5. Initiate and coordinate job interviews.
6. Manage on-boarding process for new hires.
7. Ensure recruitment KPIs are met.
8. Evaluate the competencies required for the position
9. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
Good communications skills
Good understanding of Pharma recruitment
